Leslie has been practicing law in Washington since 1995, and was a founding member of Zeno Drake Hively P.S., now known as Zeno Drake Bakalian P.S. Her practice focuses on real estate issues, owners associations, construction law, employment and business litigations and business transactions. She has successfully litigated claims in state, federal and bankruptcy court, as well as mandatory and private arbitration.  In her career, she has negotiated and drafted numerous real estate purchase and sale agreements, easements, covenants, leases, and well use agreements. Leslie negotiates all of the short sales handled by Zeno Drake Bakalian P.S.

Leslie has successfully represented clients in mediation, arbitration and litigation of construction disputes. Leslie’s construction practice has included representation of contractors in insurance coverage disputes, construction defect claims, land use matters, as well as contract drafting and litigation. Additionally, Leslie is active in and oversees the firm's escrow practice.
